Error in Log in and sign up "WTF"

I would like to apologize for the error the day that did not allow for login and sign up. I character was placed incorrectly in the programming code. This change was made to prevent email addresses being place as user names and headline. The change certainly stopped that along with stopping everything else. Once again I apologize for the disruption and I assure you I will do everything in my power to prevent this from happening again
